All components are produced to exacting tolerances, even down to the thread through which smoke fluid travels. The manufacturing facility that makes the Combat 360 is also the world leader in the production of industrial and fire training systems used by companies such as the Atomic Energy Authority, the United States Air Force and a multitude of Fire Brigades and training centres.

The heating element itself is produced by Watlow heaters and is widely regarded as the finest of its type in the world. It was originally designed for use in satellites (you really DON’T want a failure in Space). The Firerod Cartridge heater also provides class leading power output and the ability to field strip heater assemblies for servicing – this ensures the longest possible serviceable lifespan.
